C&O Accountants is a registered tax agent with the Tax Practitioners Board (TPB), registration number 25967765. You can confirm our registration via the TPB public register.
Clients engaging our services will receive an engagement letter outlining the scope of services, fees, and our procedures for managing complaints. We are committed to resolving any concerns promptly and professionally.
All complaints should be raised with us in the first instance, with the view that your concerns can be resolved amicably and directly. If your concerns cannot be satisfactorily resolved, you may wish to raise a complaint with the Institute of Public Accountants (IPA) and/or the Tax Practitioners Board (TPB):

We are committed to complying with our professional obligations under the Tax Agent Services Act 2009, including the Code of Professional Conduct.
Clients also have responsibilities under Australian tax law. For more information about your rights and obligations, please refer to the TPB’s Information for Clients.
Section 45 of the Act requires tax agents to notify clients if they become aware of certain events from the past five years. As of today, no such events have occurred in relation to C&O Accountants.
